That's the real true question here.
As I write this I am sitting here while my hubby lays on the couch with the "man flu".
Can I get a eye roll? Lol.
We ALL know this flu too well.
I swear just last week I was sick, running a high fever, body aches, chills, sore throat, and my chest was killing me. Some how, I still managed. I still got out of bed, cleaned the house, got the kids off to school, took the dogs out, walked them, feed them, started dinner, and off to work I went.
Coming home, I was exhausted but I still had stuff to do, laundry to be done, dinner to put together, tomorrow's lunches to be made, kids to pick up, and of course, good old bath times.
As women we are pulled into a million different positions all day, every day. I can say this with the utmost honesty, I gave birth to three babies (not all at once) and I was back to doing what we do as women within a few days, if not less.
I know I am not the only one who feels this. I can't be the only Mama who gets a to do list done before it's even created.
This right here is one of the reason I started my business. I wanted nothing more than to give other Mama's some of the time back with themselves, with their children, and I do not mean making them lunches. I mean having fun. Playing. Dancing. Laughing. While my children were super young, I had the amazing grace of having my mother live with us, and help in so many ways. She helped before I even knew I needed help. She was amazing that way. Not all women have that. So, this is where I wanted to come in.
Growing up I always loved to help with household projects. To be honest, one of my Aunts' homes was never in the best shape, and I spent a lot of time there.
So, I would go there and clean up, organize the place for her. It always made me feel good.
As I got older, I started helping my friends. Most of the time, you do not need to go out a buy a bunch of new stuff to make your place look nice. Most of the time, it's placement, maybe painting something, and of course a good clean.
Now, as a business owner I love getting messages from my clients letting me know how much they enjoyed their night simply because they didn't have to come home and worry about cleaning up the playroom, or doing a load of laundry.
All I'm saying is that you are not alone.
